Sewer Line Services

We diagnose on camera before quoting. No guesswork. No surprise charges. Just an honest assessment and a flat price to fix it right.

📷

Camera First

Every sewer job starts with a camera inspection. You see the damage on screen before we quote anything — roots, cracks, bellies, or collapse.

🌿

Root Intrusion

Tree roots crack joints and fill pipes over time. We clear the roots, assess the damage, and recommend repair or full replacement based on what the camera shows.

🧱

Clay & Cast Iron

Older homes in Monmouth County often have clay or cast iron sewer lines that crack, separate, or corrode. We replace them with modern PVC that lasts decades.

🔧

Spot Repairs

Not every sewer problem needs a full replacement. If the damage is isolated, we can do a targeted spot repair — less digging, lower cost, same quality.

New PVC — 50+ Years

When full replacement is needed, we install Schedule 40 PVC with proper pitch and clean-outs. Built to code, inspected by the township, and guaranteed to last.

💳

Financing

Sewer replacement is a big job. We offer financing options so you can get it fixed now and pay over time. Ask us about available plans.

How Sewer Replacement Works

1

Free Camera Inspection

We run a sewer camera to locate the problem — roots, cracks, bellies, or full collapse. You see it on screen before we quote.

2

Repair vs Replace Options

Based on the camera findings, we give you honest options — spot repair if it makes sense, full replacement if that's what the line needs.

3

Permitted & Inspected

We pull the proper permits and schedule township inspection. No shortcuts. Your new line meets code from day one.

4

New Line Installed

New PVC sewer line installed with proper grade, clean-outs, and connections. Backfilled, compacted, and restored. Built to last 50+ years.

Sewer Line Replacement — Your Questions Answered

How do I know if I need a full sewer line replacement?
If your sewer backs up repeatedly, you have roots that keep coming back after snaking, or a camera shows a collapsed, bellied, or cracked line, replacement is usually cheaper long-term than snaking every 6 months. We'll show you the camera footage and walk you through repair vs. replace with firm pricing on both.
Do you offer trenchless sewer replacement?
Yes. When the existing line path allows, we do pipe bursting and pipe lining (CIPP) to replace the line without digging up your whole yard. Trenchless isn't always an option — heavy collapses or major offsets still need open-cut. We'll tell you on-site which method fits your line.
How long does a sewer line replacement take?
Trenchless: typically 1 day. Open-cut (traditional dig): 1-3 days depending on depth, length, and landscaping. We handle permits, inspection, and restoration — you're not left with a trench in your yard.
How much does sewer line replacement cost in NJ?
Range is wide because depth, length, access, and township fees all matter. We give a firm written quote after the camera inspection and site survey — no guessing. Homeowners insurance and sewer service line coverage sometimes help; we give you the documentation to file.
Will my yard be destroyed?
Trenchless methods leave two small pits (entry and exit) instead of a full trench. Open-cut digs a single trench along the pipe run — we backfill, compact, and leave the area clean. Landscaping restoration (sod, plantings) can be added to the scope if you want.
Do you pull permits and handle township inspections?
Yes. As a NJ Licensed Master Plumber, we pull the sewer permit, coordinate with your township inspector, and handle sign-off. You don't deal with the town — we do.
