Payment Terms

All payments are due immediately upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in writing beforehand. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and wire transfers.

Returned Check Fee: A returned check will incur a $35.00 service fee. If payment is not made promptly, this may delay future service and result in additional fees.

Late Payments

Any invoice that remains unpaid for more than 10 calendar days from the service date is subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually).

Continued non-payment may result in your account being sent to collections. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees, court costs, and attorney fees incurred in the process of collecting payment.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the initial inspection or scope of work described. If unexpected issues arise during the job, additional costs may apply. We will always communicate any changes or additional charges and require your verbal or written approval before proceeding.

Final pricing may vary depending on material needs, labor, or jobsite conditions.

Access & Worksite Conditions

Customers must ensure that FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition has clear and safe access to the property at the time of the scheduled appointment. If the technician is unable to access the property or perform work due to safety concerns or obstructions, a service call fee may be charged. Please secure pets and clear the work area to allow for safe and efficient service.

Zero Tolerance for Hostile Behavior: If a customer exhibits hostile, threatening, abusive, or violent behavior, or if the technician deems the worksite to be unsafe for any reason, the technician has the full right to immediately leave the jobsite. All work completed up to that point will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Technicians and staff will not return to the location unless the customer guarantees a safe, respectful, and professional environment moving forward. This policy ensures the safety, dignity, and well-being of our team.

Warranties & Guarantees

FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all labor performed and all parts supplied and installed by our team.

Customer-Supplied Parts: Any part or material purchased or supplied by the customer, and not sourced directly through FIXALL, is installed strictly “as-is” and carries no warranty of any kind from FIXALL. In these cases, only the labor involved in installing or handling the part is covered under our 2-year warranty, and only if all other warranty conditions are met.

This warranty will be considered void if:

• Unauthorized work is performed on the system during the warranty period by anyone other than FIXALL
• The system is misused, neglected, improperly operated, or not maintained as recommended
• Failure results from any customer-supplied components or materials

In all cases, the only services guaranteed under this warranty are those directly performed by FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition using parts purchased through our company.

Limitation of Liability

FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is not responsible for damages that result from pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or problems that were not reasonably identifiable at the time of service. We are also not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, third-party scheduling, or other factors outside of our control.

Liability Cap: In any case, our liability will not exceed the amount charged for the specific service provided.

FIXALL is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, code violations, wear and tear, or structural issues related to plumbing systems, HVAC units, or mechanical systems that existed prior to our service visit. We do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or condition of any previously installed systems or components.

If our work involves modifying, repairing, or connecting to an existing system, we will complete the work to the highest professional standards; however, we cannot be held liable for existing defects or for any failures that occur as a result of weaknesses already present in the system. If another contractor or individual has previously worked on a system before our arrival, FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition assumes no responsibility or liability for that prior work or any of its consequences.

Permits & Code Compliance

Some plumbing and HVAC work may require municipal permits or inspections. Unless explicitly included in the scope of work, the responsibility for obtaining required permits lies with the property owner.

We will assist in identifying when a permit is necessary and, if requested, can help facilitate the process for an additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to be present at the scheduled time, may result in a minimum service charge of $89.00 to cover lost time and travel expenses.

Ownership of Materials

All materials, parts, and equipment installed by FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition remain our property until the invoice is paid in full. In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to remove or disable these materials without further notice.

Once paid in full, ownership transfers to the customer.

Electronic Communications

By accepting services or invoices from FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition, you agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, and text message. These communications may relate to your service, reminders, payment notifications, or future promotions.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, chat widget, or any other opt-in method, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition. Messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, promotional offers, and follow-up communications.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or dispute regarding the services provided, we ask that you first contact FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition directly to resolve the matter.

If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. This process is intended to be fair and efficient and avoids the cost and time of litigation.

No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives at the scheduled appointment and receives no answer at the door or contact number provided, a 15-minute grace period will be observed. If after 15 minutes there is still no response, the technician will leave the property and the appointment will be considered a No-Show.

No-Show Fee: $185.00. This fee helps cover the cost of travel, time, and scheduling disruptions caused by missed appointments.

⚠️ Right to Cancel — Required Notice Under NJ Law

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT.

If you wish to cancel this contract, you must either:

  1. Send a signed and dated written notice of cancellation by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; or
  2. Personally deliver a signed and dated written notice of cancellation to FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition at the address and phone number provided on your invoice.

If you cancel this contract within the three-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of your money. Refunds must be made within 30 days of the contractor’s receipt of the cancellation notice.

Acceptance of Terms: By approving FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition to provide plumbing and HVAC services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions as stated. You further acknowledge that FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is a licensed and insured service provider.

None of these Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, whether before, during, or after the completion of our work, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties. By accepting our services or making payment, you are bound by the terms set forth in this document.

FIXALL Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is a registered Master Plumber under the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Master Plumbers — LMP#12125.
